Mind Management & Home Systems

The story in your mind is the story you're living.

I teach women how to flip the narrative: from "raising boys is hard" to "I know exactly how to raise strong sons," from "you can't travel with a big family" to "watch me." Wife to Ken for 19 years. Mother of 8. Nurse practitioner. Living proof the hard stories aren't the only true ones.

Narratives I help women flip

You can choose the stories running your life on purpose, with practice. Here's what that looks like.

"YOU HAVE TO JUST SURVIVE WHEN HE'S AWAY."
"You can lead your home with strength and joy."

Why simple rhythms and systems help you carry more while your husband travels, without losing the joy in your home.

"Raising boys is just hard."
"I know exactly how to raise strong, capable sons."

A reframe I teach in depth through my coaching, with the routines and systems that back it up.

"You can't travel with a big family."
"Watch me. We've done it for years."

The systems that make travel and everyday life possible with 8 kids at home.

About Me

Nineteen years married. Eight kids at home.

I'm a wife to Ken, mom to a full and lively household, and a certified nurse practitioner. Somewhere along the way, I noticed the difference between the women who were surviving their season and the women who were genuinely thriving in it usually came down to one thing: the story they were telling themselves.

That's what I teach now: how to catch the narrative, question it, and replace it with one that's just as true and a lot more useful.
